Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the item being shipped.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags or labels still attached.
- Certain products (e.g., socks, personal care, custom items, or sale items) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product page for specific details.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at onlinestore@ashleywilliamslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to proceed.
